After a long and fruitful, action-packed 2016 wedding season, we had the absolute pleasure of closing off the year with two very special people – Stacey & Daniel. These guys are a treat and such a pleasure to hang out with. The weather was perfect; the leaves had kept their golden colours; and their families were such wonderful people. We got to run around with all the little ones and as a bonus, one of the bridesmaids was a charming bride we had photographed a few years back. The day started at The Venetian, where everyone was getting ready. We set up a First Look for our bride and groom – a charming moment if ever there was one! Then off we went to Kortright Centre for photos, then back to Venetian for family, wedding party and ceremony….and tons of dancing! Enjoy this Sneak Peek.
Felicia and Eddy were married in the midst of a gorgeous Toronto fall day, full of colour and happiness. We met up with Felicia at The Thompson Toronto Hotel for some last minute touch ups and to put on that beautiful wedding dress. We did some portraits and then headed to the glorious St. Mary’s Church in Portugal Square; what a stunning place to exchange your vows!
Afterwards, we headed down to Underpass Park with the wedding Party in the midst of the urban graffiti and skatepark skaters! Later, we took Felicia and Eddy to the totally brand-new Corktown Commons for a nice change of atmosphere. The place is a haven of trees and walkways which ate up the gorgeous sunshine in all their autumn colours. Afterwards, we made our way to Renaissance by The Creek for reception – this place does NOT disappoint when it comes to food, let us tell ya! The party raged on with dancing and music in a Great Gatsby themed decor. Take a look and enjoy!
Lisa and Greg were married Sept 24, 2016. Their bridal party was huge and full of laughs! They were all such a treat to hang out with. We shot both photo and cinema for Lisa and Greg – which we love! We started with the boys in an absolutely gorgeous modern home in Toronto. We then headed to the girls for the excitement of getting ready. Greg saw Lisa for the first time during the ceremony – and what a moment! We then headed to Kleinburg for photos before traveling to Veneto for one fabulous party!

We LOVE photography, but there’s something awesome about the power of cinematography. The way it captures people, what they say, how they say it, how they laugh and move! Having a beautiful highlight film to compliment your photography is the BEST way to remember your wedding day. Check out Melissa & Jason’s
Andrea and Adam are ADORABLE!!!!! We started off at the condo where the groomsmen surprised us in “gorgeous, floral, silk robes” (yes. lol). And then we did the first look at the spot they had their first date, then off to Brickworks for photos, then ceremony and reception at Design Exchange (DX). Truly, truly, truly an amazing wedding. Here is the full wedding album our studio created for them.
Michelle & Matthew were married July 2, 2016. It was a glorious day – finally the temperature was perfect with a beautiful blue sky. We had the pleasure of starting with the boys and had the most fabulous field of wild flowers to work with! We then headed to the girls – let’s just say we could have shot at Michelle’s house for days. After the ceremony we headed out to Kleinburg for wedding party and romantic photos followed by a stop for ice cream before heading to the Royalton for their beautiful reception. Congratulations Michelle & Matthew!

High Park is a real treasure. Firstly, it’s enormous. Secondly, there is so much variety there, it’s hard to choose a place to start. After meeting up with Faizeh and Hasnain for an engagement shoot, we settled on the area surrounding The Grenadier Cafe. We specifically timed the shoot for Golden Hour in order to have some fun playing is some spectacular light on a summer evening. Enjoy the sneak peek!
Emily & Jamie are a total treat. Ideal even. Ideal in the sense that they are 100% the missing puzzle pieces in each others lives! Watching them together is like watching telepathy! We were so happy they chose us for their wedding photography – actually, we weren’t going to let them go elsewhere, particularly because Emily is the sister to Liz (and Greg), who is one of our favourite brides of all time (no joke). It was awesome seeing the old gang again. Enjoy!
Ruth and Guy were married April 17, 2016 at York Mills Gallery in Toronto. It was a stunningly beautiful day – finally, the weather was warm We had the pleasure of working with Vivian Ringwald Levine from 2 Steps Ahead Events again – she always runs such a smooth event! Ruth and Guy made our jobs super easy – full of giggles, laughter and love – we couldn’t have asked for a better day! Congratulations Ruth and Guy!
