Edgewater Manor Wedding - A Palace on the Water

We are absolutely in love with everything that was Meaghan & Michael's wedding. First off, Edgewater Manor is a photographer's dream! Not only does the setting feel like you are on a tropical island, the food - OH MY GOODNESS... the food is spectacular!

Both Meaghan and Michael got ready at the Edgewater, so we had plenty of time to capture photos of the prep and reveal. These two people have 100% captured our hearts - so kind, authentic and just really good people. They went with the flow of the day, no stress, just eager and ready for anything we suggested.

Because Michael was just next door, we hopped over to capture a few photos of him getting ready before the first look. We chose a nice spot right by the water to capture the reactions of them seeing each other for the first time and then explored the grounds to capture some amazing bride and groom portraits.

The day ran so smooth with The Wedding Pixie running the show. Not only was Jennifer wedding planning, she was also a bridesmaid!!! She is fabulous - a dream to work with. The wedding bouquets by wine country floral were stunning - wild and beautiful; matching the setting and the couple perfectly.

The ceremony was held overlooking the water. Take a look for yourself - it felt as if we were on an island.

Family photos are a super important part of any wedding. For us, it means the historical record of those who were there to celebrate with you. It's these photos that get passed on from generation to generation, with questions like "who was that?" or "remember when" or "look how young you were". But with any family portrait, there's always room to have a little fun :)

And then... well... time to mingle, eat, drink, laugh and dance! Decor by Edgwater Manor and flowers by wine country floral. cake by Bake My Day Cafe and stationary by Dolled Up Invitations.

Congratulations Meaghan and Michael - you guys sure know how to throw one heck of a party!
