As Toronto wedding photographers, we love to get out of the city. There's something about fields as far as the eye can see, blue skies, and nature that get us super excited. We teamed up with our good friends at Hockley Valley Resort to provide all-in-one, no-hassle micro weddings at their stunning grounds. Hockley Valley Resort offers couples a super easy way to "say I do" as everything is pretty much planned and ready to go. They have a fabulous restaurant with great food, a beautiful hotel, full golf course, and a winery wedding setting, just like you'd see in Niagara. This was the first microwedding event and it went off like fireworks.
Allie and Ryan were married under the beautiful tent in the Organic Garden (one of our favourite winery wedding venues in Ontario). The location is perfectly situated in recessed ground, making it a great spot for big group photos of everyone.
After the ceremony, we captured all the family formals while guests mingled. For us, family photos are super important as these are your closest family and friends who have come to witness your love and stand by your side.
Ryan's mom then took us all in a golf cart (yes, she actually runs the pro shop at the golf course there) around the grounds for Bride & Groom photos in all the wonderful nooks and crannies that Hockley Valley Resort has to offer. It was a beautiful blue sky day and we loved every moment of this 2 hour wedding.
And just like that, it's a done deal; beautiful, easy, and hassle-free.
